Hi, it's me!

I'm Aishwarya Parui but I often go by Aish because, well, it's too long and clever people are lazy so they find shortcuts to everything - including names. So, Aish it is.

 

I am originally from Kolkata, India; a Bengali by birth & at heart but (disgracefully) not in food habits. I left my country in 2011 to seek an independent life (where I could live alone), and adventure. So, I moved to Singapore, rented an apartment with a bunch of flatmates and became a teacher.

 

Then in 2015, my boyfriend became my husband and England happened. 

 

This is the short of the long version. 

 

The purpose of this page is to share with you some exciting chapters from my travelogues, life experiences, pen some anecdotal observations and generally charm you with my infallible humour in the narratives.

 

I would like to interact with you through the stories, however possible. Please do exchange notes from your travel histories or drop some encouragements from what you read and want to read here. ​
